Returns and Refunds

You may return unopened items for up to 30 days after receiving the order. Refunds for returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover shipping and administrative costs. Due to the nature of our product, opened items are not eligible to be returned. Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact us at customersupport@wasppeptides.com or by creating a ticket using the “Contact” link at the bottom of the page right away. If the order has not left the warehouse yet you will receive a full refund without penalty. If the order has already been processed and is in transit we will have to follow the return policy outlined above and be subject to the 20% restocking fee.

Dissatisfied with your order?

All products offered on our site come with a COA (certificate of analysis) and are verified by ILS Labs. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason please contact us at customersupport@wasppeptides.com or by creating a ticket using the “Contact” link at the bottom of the page. If you are dissatisfied with a product’s quality we will offer to replace your order from a newly certified batch or you may receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee. Please note; each customer is only allotted one courtesy refund or exchange for the reason of being dissatisfied. If you receive a refund and choose to order products again in the future we will not be able to refund solely due to being dissatisfied without further proof. In the event you can provide evidence that a different order did not arrive as expected, such as damaged packing or contamination it will be at the discretion of our customer support team.
