Wasp Peptides ships research compounds within the United States. This policy explains when your order leaves us, how it travels, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Where We Ship
Wasp Peptides ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours. Our daily cutoff is 4:00 PM ET: orders placed after 4:00 PM ET count as the next business day’s orders for shipping purposes. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Carrier & Transit Time
All orders ship via UPS Ground, with a typical transit time of 5–7 business days once the package leaves us. Expedited and overnight shipping are not offered at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $450 — flat rate of $15.
- Orders of $450 or more — shipping is free.
Your shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you automatically as soon as your order ships. No signature is required on delivery.
Packaging
Orders ship in a plain, unbranded envelope, with the product bubble-wrapped inside.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but the package is not there, email info@wasppeptides.com. These situations are reviewed case by case.
Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect, we will reship it at no cost to you. Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
